We are Libyan company looking for an experienced HR Manager with the following responsibilities:
Training and Development:
Employee training and development,. Human resource manager needs to determine when training is necessary and the type of training necessary to improve performance and productivity.
Employee Relations:
Responsible for investigating and resolving workplace issues.
Ultimate responsibility for preserving the employer-employee relationship through designing an effective employee relations strategy.
An effective employee relations strategy contains specific steps for ensuring that employees have a safe and healthy working environment.
Recruitment and Selection:
Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.
Recruiting and retaining talented employees.
Policy Recommendation:
Identify the Need for a Policy
To keep the company in compliance with governmental policies and laws
To establish consistent work standards, rules, and regulations (progressive discipline, safety rules, break rules, smoking rules),
Performance Management:
Preparation and Planning for Performance Management
Performance management process.
Please note, we prefer Arabic HR manager, with Arabic languish fluency, priority to the libya residence.
Will add more responsibility to HR Manager .
